Location was perfect and 5-10 minutes from downtown Portland! The neighborhood is quiet and parking was manageable. There were some minor inconveniences during my stay here. The keypad on the front porch door seemed to work with any code, which was concerning. The second keypad on the second floor worked fine. Although the photos matched what the place looked like, it looked better in the photos than in real life. There were stains on the chairs/couches and there was a chair which notably had no cushion on it whatsoever. The last concern was based off of the first unit. Our other friends were supposed to stay on unit 1 and the day of check in the host reached out to them saying something was wrong with the place so they moved them to another location. We thought it was quite odd because there were other people staying on the unit our friends were supposed to stay in… Despite these little inconveniences, the place suited our needs and the host was very responsive and friends! 😊

The place was not cleaned when we got there. it wasn’t even properly cleaned once the cleaners did come because we were in the way because the cleaning should have been done before hand. Even after the cleaner came there was mold in the shower. Your post was a lie and incorrect it stated we had two parking spots which you also admitted that was an old post, which is not my problem that’s your problem you should probably update that. you had the audacity to continue to text me all night while i was out at dinner and bars trying to enjoy my time after you already wasted my time by not having the place clean when we were there. then still tried to request more money from me again by HIM LYING trying to say we had extra people stay. which we did not and i had already told him that all in texts because he would not stop texting me. -12/10 would i recommend.

Arrived at place that was not cleaned, but had clearly been lived in long term. Beds were a mess, stained furniture, NO decor whatsoever. Dirty underwear was left in the closet, food caked onto stove and fridge. It looked as though frat boys had been living there for months. We had to leave and find a new space to stay for the weekend. Host was nice and tried to send cleaning but it was too late for us. If this place gets a good clean I think it could be an option, but it is bare bones just beds and kitchen table. No charm, accessories, decor etc. wouldn’t recommend for a nice or luxurious stay by any means.

Had a great time!! Went for a bachelorette with a big group, we had tons of fun! Plenty of room for everyone, would absolutely recommend it. Nice walk into the downtown or a very short Uber ride.

Location was nice - 5-10 min from downtown restaurants and attractions. Quiet neighborhood with driveway and street parking. CVS and Supermarket nearby. Car needed to get around easily. The other reviews are fairly accurate- it’s remodeled, but looks better in photos than IRL. Easy things to make the experience better would be toilet paper holders and more hooks to hang clothes or towels in the bathroom, fix or get new dining room chairs so that guests don’t sink into a hole, and evening out the 2 uneven floor areas so we don’t stub our toes or trip (which we did multiple times) If these little things were fixed, it’d be a fantastic stay. Host was nice and responsive when we didn’t have some basics in the house. Still recommend but with some heads up on the things above.
