El alojamiento esta buen ubicado para visitar la zona. Esta en una zona tranquila. También esta bien equipado para cocinar e ir a la playa. Alessandro respondió rapido. Por otra parte me hubiera gustado saber que la piscina no esta disponible hasta el 15 de junio por lo que no pudimos disfrutar de ella. El wifi ponía que estaba limitado a ciertos GB mensuales, advierte que si sobrepasas el limite el coste corre a tu cargo, otra cosa que también habría estado bien conocer antes. El resto todo correcto.

L’appartement est super et très bien situé. Le seul bémol, il faut un bonnet de bain pour la piscine. Nous n’en n’avions pas nous n’avons donc pas pu profiter de la piscine.

Quaint vacation villa in a small well kept vaca complex with pool. Good for two adults and two children. The AC is modern and functions well, comfortable beds, the rental is as promised. You’ll have to pop to the shop for basics and beach stuff. You can walk to places but we definitely recommend a car. Loads of beaches close by. After exploring around we are happy that we didn’t splash out for the more expensive areas bc they don’t warrant it. Keep in mind bathing caps are required as is signing in at the pool. The pool never got too crowded. The pool closes (which was a bummer for us) 1:30-3. No loungers but there were a couple of plastic tables and chairs available. The complex is discreet, you can hear your neighbors adjacent ( not too bothersome , maybe for some at night if loud people are next door). Everyone goes to the beaches during the day. The gelataria, Est Istana, Acqua Pazza and Caffe de Nonna were some places we enjoyed. Ecosport Sardinia did a great boat tour. Marina Maria was a quieter but nice beach for a very close alternative to the much much busier Porto Istana. 20 mins to San Teodoro and 1h45m to Alghero. The airport is very close 10mins away. Large grocery store, a mall, decathalon, Moy Marina and downtown Olbia are all close. Overall for this region Murta Maria is a nice convenient town to stay in.

Très bon séjour , bon emplacement pour visiter le nord et l’est de la Sardaigne , logement fonctionnel et climatisé , piscine agréable mais nécessité du bonnet de bain il faut le savoir et nous n’avions pas eu cette précision avant notre arrivée . Alessandro est très réactif pour toutes nos demandes !

We had a great time at Alessandro's place and would highly recommend it! The house is as described and close to a supermarket, restaurants and bus stops, which made really easy to move around when you don't have a car. Check in and communication were very easy.
