We enjoyed our stay at Lee’s Waterview Lake House. New beds were great, slept well. Fire pit was enjoyed. Would gave preferred slightly larger coffee cups as we are coffee drinkers but all worked. Host was responsive with inquiries. Would stay again!

The home has many issues, but after discussing with the owner, he says he will be getting them seen about. Bad smell, missing vent and electrical outlet covers, vent covers hanging by only 1 screw, paint peeling, gaps in flooring, broken light bulbs, wall moldings falling apart and filthy. The home overall felt very unfinished and uncomfortable. He was very quick to respond to any messages when asking where key was to home upon arrival and for more wash clothes.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. For the space and location, it was great. There were only a few things I'd recommend to make it better. - working tvs in the rooms. The only TV that worked was the dining room, and the TV. However, we had to switch the TV device back and forth because the Roku device did not work. - more rags and towels, as well as dish towels. I have a family of 4, and with kids, we went through them fast. It was only a weekend trip, and I hated to spend my weekend doing loads of towels. - the outlets, they were everywhere and only a handful worked. the house is very dated, but it would not be so bad if everything had just worked. I have to agree with other reviews on the smell. It wasn't really the cleanest it could have been. Honestly, like I mentioned before, it's just very dated. It needs some maintenance and TLC. It slvertainly could be extraordinary! The host, Lee, had great communication and was quick to respond to my messages.
