Very nice two-bedroom, two-bathroom second floor apartment in the picturesque Sabbia di Marinella Resort. Located very close to the beach, near the historical town of Pizzo. It is a perfect place for a family vacation! Apartment consists of the spacious living room with full kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, balcony. The apartment is well furnished and equipped with air conditioning in all rooms. Kitchen has a microwave, gas stove, fridge and a washing machine. Wonderfully located and fully furnished apartment with stunning views of mountans and hills. Charme and relax guaranteed. 5 minutes walk from the sea-side and a step away from top Italian cuisine and wine tasting opportunities. The views here are simply stunning, the air is calm. All of my apartments have incredible views and equiped to the highest standart. Air conditioning, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, gas stove and Satellite TV are standard. All apartments have a living room with fully equiped kitchen and a sofa that turns into a double bed, a main bedroom, second bedroom and two bathrooms with shower and tub. Kitchen table is for 4 people. External (balcony) table for 4 people as well. Washing machine is available at thekitchen. We supply linens and towels for a party of six. Our apartments are non-smoking but you can enjoy it on your private balcony, so don’t worry.

We had a lovely stay. There's a beautiful pool. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. . Nice beach a few steps away. The host is very friendly and helpful.
L'appartamento è grande con 4 comodi spazi letto. Il quinto era in soggiorno. La casa era pulita e la comunicazione con Antonio facile e lui molto disponibile. Aria condizionata ovunque e lavatrice. L'appartamento è all'interno di un residence con piscina sempre pulita e accessibile gratuitamente. La casa è abbastanza vicina la mare che la mattina è pulito. Meno consigliato il pomeriggio. Per quanto riguarda invece il posto va bene per chi va in compagnia o solo per rilassarsi perché intorno non c'è niente. Né pub. Né disco. E neanche un lungo mare su cui passeggiare. Ci siamo sicuramente riposati

Siamo stati bene. La casa é stata fedele alla descrizione. Antonio non era presente fisicamente ma é sempre stato presente da remoto per assisterci tramite una persona in loco. Un paio di piccoli inconvenienti tecnici su wi-fi e Tv ma prontamente risolti in breve tempo. La struttura è buona e vicino al mare.

Some of the things you could do within a 15 minute drive (yes, a car is needed or we can help you to arrange a taxi service ) are:
dine with some of the best seafood in Italy in Vibo Marina, where are some nice restaurants lie just on the beaches, making dining a most romantic and wonderful experience.
dine in many different restaurants (from luxury to rural), where you can taste Calabrian specialties.
Go wine tasting. The beautiful historical city of Tropea is only 35 km away.
Go for some sunbathing on our wonderful beaches including white send beaches of Briatico, Zambrone and Tropea.
Not enough? Jump in your car and drive:
20 minutes to get to Lamezia for best shopping. Or enjoy thermal springs in the near by mountains.
15 minutes + ferry to get to volcano Stramboli
1 hour + ferry to get to Sicily
45 hour for Catanzaro
1 hour to Ionic Sea
Many other places to see and things to do, as summer time (especially) livens up with Town Festivals all over the place
