Please read the whole review ! Good & Bad. Location - Absolutely Stunning. Magnificent Views. Access to Villa, via un-maintained road. Very narrow, broken road. Difficult to park car on drive. No turning room, due to house opposite's barrier / lay of the land preventing easy access / exit. Min 3/6 point turn. Very easy to damage your car. DO NOT TURN RIGHT OUT OF THE VILLA ! unless on a scooter or Piaggio Ape. Pool Area is tired. Broken Pool Shower/ Cracked Tiles, 3 x Old & Odd Umbrellas. 1 repaired with sticks & tape. Old Pool Loungers, one kept collapsing. Kids Loved the Pool , Check x 2 during our stay. Kitchen - Dish Washer is poor, top tray useless - Wash cutlery by hand. Ants in sink. Not a sharp knife in the draw, no pool glasses or plates. Cooker Gas Jets in Dishwasher, figured it out. Tired TV Room sofa's. A/C Upstairs only. D/stairs Toilet - Semi Functional / Broken. Informed Host on Arrival. Not fixed Upstairs Bedrooms & WC's OK. 2 x Balconies No Furniture to use

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem tollen Haus verbringen dürfen! Der Weg nach oben mit dem Auto war aufregend und vor allem zu Beginn etwas beängstigend, aber wir haben uns schnell daran gewöhnt und die traumhafte Aussicht war es wirklich wert! Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und auch die Raumaufteilung war für uns sieben Freunde perfekt. Die große Küche zum gemütlichen gemeinsamen Kochen war neben dem riesigen Pool unser Highlight! Tagestrips nach La Spezia (45 Minuten), Cinque Terre (1,5 Stunden) und Florenz (2 Stunden) sind empfehlenswert.

This is a lovely house but we had a few issues during our stay, beginning with the difficulty getting there. It’s about 20 minutes from the nearest large town and the roads are a nightmare so if you are of a nervous disposition then I wouldn’t recommend. The driveway up to the house is similarly challenging and meant that we ended up leaving the car in the village and walking up to the house. This was up a steep 100 metre hill but was still preferable to driving. Be careful planning your route as Apple Maps sent us up what was essentially a farmers track, which damaged our hire car. The hosts were very helpful and attentive, however there were a few issues that couldn’t be solved during our stay, including the downstairs toilet not working, the shutters in one of the bedrooms couldn’t be opened and there was a wasps nest in the garden by the pool which meant that we couldn’t use the pool. It’s a beautiful setting and we are glad we spent some time there but future guests should be aware that it can be a challenging place

Das Haus liegt an einer traumhaften Lage und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Der Pool ist die perfekte abkühlung an warmen Tagen. Der Weg dorthin ist teils sehr eng jedoch ist eine gute Strasse vorhanden. Die Einfahrt ist nicht für jedermann geeignet :) Die Kommunikation mit Elena sowie Ester ist herrvorragend. Sie reagieren auf jegliche Anrfragen blitzschnell.

Ligging is mooi, maar in de middle of nowhere. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding niet goed. Zeer slechte smalle weg naar boven. Huis heeft diverse gebreken en heeft een opknapbeurt nodig. Zeer veel insecten en geen horren aanwezig. Communicatie met Elena en Ester is goed.
