This was the perfect place to explore the Columbia River Gorge area for a few days. Andrea made us feel right at home and was full of great suggestions for hikes, restaurants, breweries, and places to just hang out. Our room even had an amazing view of the river. It was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at the Irish Inn! Andrea was so friendly and welcomed us with lots of great advice about the area. The room was a cute as the listing looked with a beautiful view of a snow capped mountain. I would definitely recommend staying with Andrea and would stay there again.

The Irish Inn is a gorgeous spot just a few blocks from the heart of downtown Hood River. Our room was spotless and spacious, it was so nice to have a little kitchenette to have small meals and snacks. The view from our room of Mt Adams and the river was completely gorgeous, and the room got amazing natural light. Comfy bed, welcoming atmosphere, walkable area, and it felt very private and secluded even though you do share walls with other folks on the hallway. Andrea and David were sweet and so friendly. We cannot wait to go back!

This was a beautiful and lovely stay! The hosts were incredibly helpful with several recommendations for us. They were also very quick to reply to my messages and allowed us early check in to get ready for a wedding. It’s super walkable to the downtown area with restaurants and has a quaint little backyard. Highly recommend staying here!
