Hello, We are Kari & Kirk we live on the property in our home and offer our accommodations above our detached garage. Giving you 1030 square feet of private living space with additional private deck. We have a couple dogs(lab and husky) that share the property. They are friendly as long as your dogs are too they are welcomed. A short 20 minute drive Easy of Fort Frances/International Falls. Private access to Rainy Lake which is absolutely beautiful anytime of year and has many activities we enjoy such as fishing, boating, swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding, and the most beautiful sunsets. Sand beach, and shallow great for children. Dock is available for use(flood 2022 has misplaced from pictures) The public boat launch is just a few minutes away. Flood in 2022 currently has the dock out of position but hope to have it replaced soon. We also have some of the most beautiful sunsets you can imagine, northwest facing and often catch many amazing views of the northern lights. Your space comes with everything you might need including bedding, towels, paper products- toilet paper, paper towel, Kleenex. It is fully furnished including all items needed in the kitchen. There is an attached deck with BBQ, we will supply you one tank of propane. We have on sight laundry with detergent and dryer balls available if you need. In the bathroom we supply a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. There are two TVs with streaming abilities & bell-TV along with gaming station, many movies/games and board games. Bring your food and clothing and you will be able to make this a remarkable stay.
