Die Finca hat einen wirklich sehr schönen und ruhigen Außenbereich mit einer tollen Aussicht in die Berge. Der Pool wurde während unseres Aufenthalts gereinigt und hatte eine angenehme Größe. Der Innenraum der Finca hat jedoch definitiv noch mehr Potenzial. Wir hatten kein warmes Wasser in den Duschen und mussten mit einer Gruppe von 6 Personen alles per Hand abwaschen, weil die Spülmaschine nicht richtig funktioniert hat. Die Rückzahlung der Kaution hat dafür problemlos geklappt und der nachzuzahlende Strompreis war nachvollziehbar.

LIKED The exterior photos are a true representative. The location and views are simply wonderful and most of the time was spent outside enjoying the space, especially the pool and terrace. DISLIKED The interior is not as pristine as appears in the photos. I disliked immensely the additional charge of electricity used. It seems so petty and the cost should be included in the fee. OTHER Please note there are 4 bedrooms in the property, not 3 as listed. (3 x double, 1 x twin) GENERAL There are a lot of mosquitoes and ants… take plenty of spray if you’re susceptible to bites. SUMMARY There are lots to recommend the villa, watching the sunsets on the terrace is simply outstanding. The villa is in a wonderful location, close to amazing beaches and spectacular mountain villages, it is very private and safe with plenty of space/different areas; but it could do with some attention.

Beautiful and quiet location perfect for a small family visiting. The house had plenty of amenities which we used, and the property was exactly as described. A rental car is a must staying here as it was a 15 minute drive to get groceries (we shopped at Lidl) and there were not places within walking distance, but being in a quiet and secluded area in the countryside this was to be expected. It was exactly what we had hoped for! The pool was great!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad ik dit prachtig gelegen huis met adembenemend uitzicht en ruimte tuin. We hadden vrij extreem weer, met 2 dagen sneeuwval waardoor de toppen van de Serra de Tramuntana wit kleurden (prachtig uitzicht!), maar hebben ook genoten in t-shirt van de zon op het terras en zelfs meermaals een frisse duik in het mooie en schone zwembad kunnen nemen! Er was een fijne open haard voor de koudere avonden en veel plek aan de eettafel voor een groter gezelschap (wij waren met 5 volwassenen en een kind, er konden nog makkelijk mensen bij). In de keuken waren voldoende spullen aanwezig om maaltijden te bereiden, we komen graag nog eens terug!

Great stay in the nature of Mallorca. We really enjoyed our time swimming in the pool, dinning with an insane view over the mountains & overall enjoying the house.
