great location, walking distance to the metro, las ramblas, and the port. the apartment was very clean and nice. we had full access to the kitchen. the apartment had everything we needed! the neighbors played loud music sometimes but luckily it was only during the day and I was out most of the time. great place, especially if you plan on only being out in the city for most of the day.

Although it seems to be nicely located close to the marina, the microsurrounding ismore like a ghetto . Apart from the fact that the apartment is in the 5th floor instrad of the 4th, it has not a single window which gives outlook. They are all directed to an inner courtyard with an outlook of max 2 meters. And finally the house smells the whole day and night. Cool is instead, that the apartment is good equipped and you are allowed to use everything

Tanto Mari como Yolanda (la chica que vive allí), son muy amables y serviciales. Nos atendieron muy bien a la llegada aunque fuera un poco tarde. La casa está muy bien ubicada, cerca de La Rambla, el puerto, paradas de metros...Esta bien equipada. El único pero es que la limpieza dejaba un poco que desear. Por lo demás todo perfecto.
