Not Bad, but not the best. Pros -Convenient Location for those attending a race at Daytona. -Quiet Location -Large Backyard Cons ***********Shower in the small bathroom was dangerously slick******** -Very little outdoor lighting -Doesn't have its own washer and dryer -Worn and outdated appliances -Poor water pressure in shower in the large bathroom -Water heather shakes violently when more than one shower is on -Driveway not fit for two different Airbnb listings on the same property -Uneven built back deck -Cluttered garage around ping pong table and the washer/dryer -Found trash from previous tenants -Not much privacy considering its a shared property

lovely place to accommodate our team of 9 rowers. kitchen is well-stocked; place is close to boathouse and restaurants; neighborhood is peaceful and safe; owners are super responsive.

Stayed here with our rowing team while on a training trip to DeLand. everything was exactly as advertised, clean and fully operational. had a great time and will be back next year!

Good place to stay if you have a large group. The yard is very large but the deck is very unsafe with nails sticking out and boards not fastened. The place was tidy but the showers were not very clean. It is a spacious house but the beds were not comfortable.
