This is place is quite old. It's near the swimming pool (in village club) and beach. We have to pay for swimming which is very expensive although we pay for renting home which is quite expensive for nothing's free. Though it's very near the beach, the beach is terrible. The beach and the seaside are very dirty ; Full of trash, the color of sea is quite black. It's not worth to pay for staying here.

We are a bit disappointed about this place. The kitchen is a bit dirty. Grilling sieve, oven and microwave were not clean yet when we arrived. Grilling equipment is not ready to be used. We found cigarette butts in it. Bathroom downstairs were broken and it couldn’t be used on the first day.

The Villa is a quite nice house for a stay. It is super close to the beach and we really enjoyed how quite it was. The house is very clean and all air condition working great. Thanks for your stay!

House was clean and well presented. The directions for collecting keys were fine but the coffee shop where the keys were to be dropped off and collected seemed confused when I arrived (eventually it was sorted). The TV was very old and could be updated, the WiFi worked well and coverage was in most places in the house. The house is Located very close to the village pool however when we tried to use it we were told we were not allowed as we were “foreigners”. The pool manager was very rude and yelled at us to leave. We did so immediately and I contacted the home owner Khun Non tried to assist but eventually we were told we were not allowed to use the pool. Khun Non did however arrange for us to use the pool from the condo next door which was actually nicer than the pool near the house however it was not as convenient. the Beach near the house was quite dirty and the water was polluted. Good restaurant (Sea Salt) 5 min walk away. Khun Non was a very responsive host and was consistently checking in to ensure all was ok. Whilst the pool manager incident was out of Khun Non control it did impact our trip - sadly as a result of one angry lady’s temper tantrum.
