The space was just as described. If you're looking for something to feel home-y but not luxury, this absolutely fits the bill. The set-up was ideal for three of us and our pup. We would definitely consider staying here again. Pros: - Cherry and Rachel are extremely proactive and clear in their communications and they are quick to respond to questions before, during, and after your stay. - We were going to arrive very late in the rain. They set us up for success by clearly lighting the way. - Yard is easily accessible, the pooch next door is nice, and it's easy to get in and out of the barn loft. - Flexible checkout! Cons but not deal breakers: - Driveway was pretty difficult to maneuver getting out to road, especially as rain continued. This should be completely addressable once current construction is done on site. - Beds not the most comfortable but aligned with our expectations given price point and description. - The bathroom towels don't match and some could use replacement.

Cherry’s place was absolutely adorable and clean! She was such an amazing host, easy to get in touch with and had great advice throughout our weekend stay for places to eat, good places to get firewood, etc. Everything was easy to access and the fire pit was top notch! A hop and a skip a way from multiple grocery stores and restaurants and an easy 40 min drive to Raleigh. Our only complaints were that the listing says two Queen beds and the beds are most certainly fulls. Also the only heating unit is in the living room so the bedrooms get pretty cold at night. These are the only things keeping this listing from five stars for us, otherwise an excellent time.

It’s tucked away in the country. I liked the fenced in yard for the dogs. Just be sure to make sure the gate securely shuts. One bed is on the hard side and the other is softer so check each out for your preference. It’s a nice place if you’re looking to stay outside of town.

Cherry’s place is lovely and comfortable. We enjoyed coffee and meals on the deck and lounging in the hammock. We brought our puppy and she had a great time in the fenced yard. The listing is just as described, hosts were very responsive, and the beds were super comfy. We loved the quiet and views but also being close to Chapel Hill and the surrounding communities. Hope to stay again!
