This place is incredible, a lovely spacious and comfortable villa, well equiped and met all our needs. It fulfilled our dream of staying in a Tuscan villa with beautiful views. We would highly recommend Jane’s place to anyone. You won’t be disappointed! We were really sad to have to leave!

Agréable séjour chez Jane, très attachante. Le paradis sur terre, en Toscane. Vue à couper le souffle. L’appartement est très spacieux et typique toscan, fidèle aux photos et la cheminée est un plus pour notre séjour en février. Rien à dire concernant l’accès qui est bien décrit par Jane. Qu’il est agréable de laisser la voiture à Pontassieve (près de la gare et même si le parking est complet en semaine, le parking de la gare coûte très peu cher) et partir en train à la découverte de Florence. N’hésitez pas à visiter San Gimignano, mon coup de cœur. Jasmine, le chien, nous rend de petites visites de temps en temps et c’est bien agréable quand on a laissé ses propres chiens. Un peu de nostalgie en rentrant !

I don’t even know where to start. Jane’s place is a dream. From the gorgeous location to the meticulously renovated house…perfection. Frankly, pictures can’t do it justice. We spent 6 days roaming Tuscany with this our home base. We had a few evening meals there and the kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. It was a great place to rest after a long day. Cozy furnishings, fire place…wonderful. Bedrooms and bathrooms were sizable, clean and comfy. As a host, Jane is a delight. I was ready to move in permanently. I might have cried a little when we left.

What a wonderful place to stay! Beautiful home (even better in person), incredible views, excellent winery close by, and wonderful hosts. We were visiting our child studying abroad in Florence and had the perfect mix of city life and countryside life. The train is very easy to get to in Pontassieve, and we took it daily! Grocery shopping was easy, too! At this time of year we used the fireplace nightly which was so cozy and lovely. And Jane was so pleasant and easy to communicate with…always quick to respond. Jasmine (the dog) greeted us daily and made us so happy! We will definitely be back. Thanks to our wonderful hosts!

Jane is the definition of a Superhost. She is friendly, gives detailed answers to any questions and reacts instantly. The apartment looks exactly as on the photos, staying here gives the classic Toscan feeling. The guide Jane gave us had useful tips for example where to eat out or how to get to Firenze the easiest way. Highly recommended. :)
