The neighborhood is very quite. The only noise you will hear will be from the children playing 50 meters away in a designated children's playground. You can also go for grocery shopping during the night. If it makes you feel safer, the local Police building is 300 meters away.

If you come by air you can travel to Unirii Square using 783 bus line and then 312 will take you 1 minute away from the building. We can also pick you up from the airport for 20 Euro fee.
In front of the building, there is a bus line station where 312 can take you to the largest shopping center in Bucharest (three stations about 10 minutes), Sun Plaza, a perfect place for shopping where they are present almost all the major brands on the part of food, McDonald's, KFC, etc ... Adidas, B & B, Bershka, Collin's for shopping, cafes, fitness club, beauty studio. A few station then you can go to one of the most beautiful parks in the city, Tineretului park, a place full of quite playgrounds for children.
Then the same bus stops in the old city center (12 stations, about 30 minutes), a beautiful place to spend whatever it's day or night, with clubs, traditional restaurants, fast-food.
10 meters away from the building is a medium supermarket and 150 meters away there is another big supermarket with a non-stop schedule.
If you love nightlife than Bucharest is the place to come.
