The house was clean and the location was great. Walkable to the village and fort rock park. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of games to choose from. The house is TINY! I’m not sure how 10 people would possibly fit. We had 4 adults and one small child and bumped and tripped each other constantly. The entry way and kitchen are very cramped. The kitchen only had a few dishes of each size (we had soup and couldn’t each have a full size bowl). But the knives and dishes were quality. Worth calling out the garage door is not automatic or big enough for a car. Also worth noting the train tracks are directly out the back door (no horn) but also makes it a bit louder as those go by several times a day. It was freezing during our stay so we didn’t use the deck, but it was spacious and would have been great in the warmer months. Overall I would say it was fine.

Our stay was perfect, the house fit our needs and was walking distance to the village. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room.
This was our first wedding anniversary and we could not have found a better pick! The host/management crew were receptive, informative, and went out of their way for us. We were surprised and happy to find an anniversary card and a bottle of wine waiting on the porch for us! The hot tub beneath the tall evergreens, the rustic feel with all of the modern conveniences, the fireplace, the amazing location near Smith Rock— it was all so romantic and endearing. Unfortunately, our trip was cut short and we had to leave in the middle of the night due to a family emergency. We will miss this romantic setting and we cannot recommend it enough— worth every cent and then some. This place was more endearing than a Nicholas Sparks novel melted into a hot cocoa on snowy Christmas night. Have some!
We stayed here for my moms birthday and it was perfect! So close to the village and just a short drive to Bend! We enjoyed the hot tub and the bikes available, and the homey feel to the living spaces! They are also pet friendly which is a huge plus for us!
