海景房，景观很好，房屋干净。楼下就是超市和美食一条街。就是地方有点难找，不像其他楼就在路边，tower2需要往内爬一个小坡。

地理位置很不错，交通方便，周围有很多吃饭的地方，房东人非常好，有什么问题都会及时给予帮助，真的是很出色的房东！

Everything about this stay is what everyone is looking for when you are in surfers paradise. The location was everything, a stone throw away from cavil ave, shops and restaurants below the building partnered with easy access to appartments facilities, pool, spa, sauna, gym. The apartment itself is more than spacious and catered with all the essentials and more. The views from the level 30 balcony were beyond amazing, we watched the sunrise everyday during our stay, with mountain and ocean views from kitchen straight through to the dining room then the lounge room. The views from both bedrooms were just breathtaking. Barbara was very helpful and easily contactable. I will definitely come back and stay again. Thank you again for making my trip that much more enjoyable.

we had a wonderful wk at adamsl & barberas beautiful SP apartment we took our 2 g.daughters aged 10&8 for the last wk of the nsw s.hols we all had the best time ever! the convenience of the lift down to the 5th flr to the amazing lagoon beach pool & 25m indoor heated pool was just wonderful we would walk to the beach in morn return for lunch then spend the afternoon at the pools...we ate out at the many cafes/restaurants access from ground flr you literally walk out to all the restaurant choices 5nites & had a bbq other nites. Thankyou Adam&Barbara for sharing your beautiful 30thflr renaissance/chevron apartment we cant wait to go back with our other g.children❤️
