Communication has been the best I have experienced. Nicest mother and son managing location they really did go out of their way to make us happy. Location was perfect right off the ferry and literally 2 minute walk and your at the apartment. Views well that’s minimum very limited views unless your standing looking out of the window you don’t see much. Picturesque immaculate clean unit. The pull out double bed was not comfortable. From the void of the pull out bed ice cold breeze came through as the bed is ontop of the canal. The hot water system is 50 litres and only one of us could have a limited hot shower. Until the tank heated up. One of us had a cold shower. Aircon worked great but the cold air coming from the void didn’t warm us up and as a result we have a flu. This is just a heads up maybe it will be great in summer but we had icy cold weather. The hosts did try and accomodate us buy everything was out of their ability to rectify.

Excellent séjour à Venise. Le petit appartement cosy de Rosanna est au cœur de la cité, au bord d'un canal, à deux pas de la place St Marc. Rosanna est une hôtesse très agréable, prévenante et accueillante.

Rosanna was such a kind, gracious and welcoming host. She was extremely flexible in terms of check-in/check-out and held our luggage for several hours before we could check in. When checking in, she gave us a little tour of the space which was really appreciated. Although we didn’t speak the same language, she was warm and patient. The space was clean and organized, and the location was absolutely perfect. I would recommend anyone and everyone to stay here during their time in Venice!

I definitely recommend this spot it has a perfect location, the unit inside has a lot of facilities to us, I got impress, Rosana is a wonderful host, we arrived so much early than the check in, and she did her best and prepared the room for us by the time we got there, I’ll give her and her spot 10/10.
