Staying at Alice & Richard’s luxurious home was fantastic! It was huge, immaculate & beautiful, in a great location close to shops, restaurants & the tube. Alice and Richard were brilliant hosts, sending us great recommendations of things to do (we especially enjoyed the Christmas lights at Kew Gardens) and even generously leaving our children Christmas presents, as well as having the house decorated with stunning Christmas decorations and a tree. Can’t recommend their house enough!

Alice’s house was lovely; exactly as described, very homey and clean, with lots of entertainment available for the kids and contained anything we might need during our stay. What really stood out about our experience was how Alice and Rich went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay; they were very responsive, pro-active with suggestions and offers to help, and it felt like they were really keen to ensure we had a great stay. Alice made sure there were age-appropriate toys, books, and scooters for my kids, and even offered to get groceries in to make our trip as low-stress as possible. The location is very close to the river and pubs, not far from Chiswick House, a few minutes to a parade of shops, and about a 20 minute walk to Chiswick High Road. I can’t recommend Alice’s house highly enough for families travelling to west London! Absolutely one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had.

Alice is a very helpful host, asking what we need and preparing for our stay. Her lovely home was perfect for Christmas, with a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. The house had everything we needed, it was clean and the location is good. Thank you Alice!!
