Mostly a great place to stay in as everything is within reach. Only real issue is the ants around the walls and floors.

The location is perfect, in front of Felicias and close to Capitol Park. However, there were a lot of amenities that were not working --- internet connection is intermittent, tv does not work initially (found out it was the remote control needing battery replacement), the microwave does not work, electric kettle does not work initially, cabibet door is broken and dark. There is a puddle of water in the toilet, we cant figure out where it came from, and how to eliminate it. We were only provided with two 500 ml bottles of water for our 4-day stay. Overall, we didnt have a comfortable stay.

The Airbnb was in a great location, with many good restaurants nearby (try Masskara Chicken and Felicia's) and Ayala Mall is walkable from the condo. The condo also has a laundry shop where you can leave laundry and pick it up a few hours later or the next day. However, the area can get noisy at times as it's near the public plaza and a major road. The host was also responsive to concerns with the unit. We reported a broken exhaust fan in the bathroom which the owner promptly replaced.
