La estancia fue muy agradable, estuvimos muy agusto porque teniamos todas las comodidas y los servicios trabajando al 100% tal como lo describe la informacion publicada. La cocina con todos los utencilios necesarios para cocinar lo que cualquier Chef podria necesitar, Los servicios de Internet y TV por cables bastantes buenos. Los cuartos y los baños muy limpios y con todos los servicios funcionando a la perfeccion. Hazamos carne y el azador funciono sin ningun problema. En fin nosotros lo tenemos contemplado para las proximas vacaciones, porque fue una estancia tan agradable, que parecia que estaba como en mi Casa.

My family and I visited Puerto Vallarta for the first time and chose Gabriela’s place to stay in. The check in process was smooth. The home was definitely not easy to get to but it was definitely worth it. The views from the home are incredible and lucky for us every taxi/Uber was able to pick us up or drop us off from there, though we did take the hike downtown a few times. We loved the peace and quiet the home offered with the breathtaking views. Every amenity listed was available. We had an issue with the water dispenser which I informed Gabriela of the next day and she rapidly sent maintenance over to work on it. We would definitely stay there again! Highly recommend! It is so beautiful and spacious!

We stayed here for 7 nights with a family of 6. We ranged from the age of 5-50 years old. The place was amazing, stocked very well with everything we needed. The hill is steep but a good walk down and Uber up is always good. Gabriela was very responsive and helpful. Our late check out the last day was very appreciated and made our last day much more enjoyable! Thank you

To begin, I messaged Gabriella a question about the unit and received a response within 30 mins, we were booking last minute m, so her receptiveness made it so much less stressful and easy to book! Upon arriving, The check in was a breeze, the front desk staff was waiting for us as we got there. Check in took a total of 5 minutes and the gentleman at the front were an absolute pleasure. They keep a tight ship, are always available for questions so very helpful. In addition I always felt secure that they were so attentive. The grounds and building itself, are so beautifully kept surrounded by so much jungle greenery and spotless. Gabriella was helpful and attentive to any questions or concerns that we had. Now onto the condo, the first thing you notice is how beautifully decorated and spotless it is. Coming in close second is the view, you get ocean and city panoramic view with Jungle just to the side, breathtaking. The apartment is so very well maintained and you can see the attention to detail given by the housekeeping staff and Gabriella. It has everything you need, comfortable beds, lots of big towels, basic toiletries in the bathroom. The kitchen is full equipped great quality cookware. The housekeeping staff is a real gem. You can really tell by the conditions of the condo, just how great they keep the place. As a bonus they were so friendly and welcoming, they were so helpful with directions and recommendations, truly one of the highlights of our stay!
