A beautiful and quiet respite. Many thoughtful details in the guesthouse, along with lovely art on the walls. It was lovely to have a private patio populated with hummingbirds and the occasional chatty raven.

BEAUTIFUL!!! Loved watching the hummingbirds fly around the rose bushes just outside the window. House was very clean and a nice private location. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit!

This place is a true gem in Los Angeles. Altadena is one of my favorite places and it is half a block to pretty much all of the best hikes! I even got to peek some bears casually strolling along, a peak life experience!!! The place was so well-appointed and comfortable and with a great desk for working. Eve was so lovely and easy to communicate with, too. Can’t recommend enough.

I had an overall lovely comfortable experience, quiet and private, easy parking, anything needed for kitchen, bath and bed was provided. Eve is a friendly gracious host, I would definitely book again next time I need a stay in the area.

If you are looking for a quiet refuge high above Pasadena/Altadena, this is the place for you. It’s quiet & serene, with hiking trails a short walk away. Bustling Pasadena is 15 minutes away if you want to go out, and there are good local restaurants, too.
