Apartamento igual a las fotos, limpio, grande, fue lo ideal con nuestros dos niños. Súper seguro, personal de seguridad día y noche. El barrio está tranquilo, con muchos restaurantes accesibles en 5 minutos caminando. Muy agradable de poder dormir con el ruido de las olas, 0 ruido en la noche… Recomiendo !! El único punto negativo son las algas.. la playa está muy fea así, aunque hay personas limpiando todo el día. Pero es el caso en todo el sector…

Overall, my experience at this place was mixed. The view was fantastic, but there were some significant drawbacks. Firstly, the third bedroom was uncomfortably small, equipped with only a twin bed and lacking air conditioning. Additionally, the requirement to pay for electricity separately was inconvenient. The most concerning issue was the persistent foul smell of sewage water in the bathroom, particularly noticeable when using the shower or toilet. On a positive note, the staff were exceptional—very responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind. Their outstanding service significantly improved my stay despite the property's shortcomings.

The condo we stayed in, 401, was spacious and had a great view of the ocean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Caridad and Oscar at the front were welcoming and responsive. A couple restaurants that were good next door and accessible from the beach. Pool was great for the kids. Beach was decent and kept mostly clean of the seaweed every morning. A short 5 minute walk to other restaurants. Not the nicest walk though as streets are busy, narrow and dirty. Overall we really enjoyed our time at Costa Atlantica. The building and service itself was great. We were conscious about electricity use and only used the AC at nights when we were there and it was roughly $10usd per day.
