The house was clean and comfortable for our group and we enjoyed staying there. The big surprise for us was the amazing acreage around the house, it's a horticultural paradise, an arboretum. Across from one of the three koi fish ponds is a grove of different varieties of magnolias. redbuds, dogwoods, bald cypress and many other trees that had been thoughtfully selected and planted with care. We particularly loved watching the koi fish swim around the lotus flowers. It's a lovely place to relax and enjoy nature. Jim green

Becky was a great host! Very communicative and took immediate care when we needed things (stayed a month so needed new light bulb, etc).

We have stayed at Loveland Farm several times and this was our first over the Christmas holiday. The house was decorated so beautifully and the tree and lights made it look so festive. As always, Rebecca and Shannon were super responsive and only a text or call away if we needed anything. There's such a peaceful vibe at the farm and we always appreciate how well maintained and clean the house is. Making memories and enjoying family made this a wonderful holiday!

What a wonderful stay at the farm! Our host went above and beyond, and actually put a live Christmas tree in the living room for us! It made our holiday. Stay here in Ohio. Perfect. We will definitely be staying here again if it’s available.

Loveland Farm is a beautiful, cozy respite. My husband, daughters, mother, our dog and I spent Thanksgiving there and truly enjoyed the place. We walked the property and could imagine time on the water in warmer weather. The town of Loveland has several restaurants and cute shops. We visited the bookstore and a couple boutiques the following day. There's a Kroeger's grocery store, several store and even a Starbucks a little bit further. I would highly recommend this property. The house has a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor which was perfect for my elderly mother. Becky and her husband were exceptional hosts. We hope to be able to return in the future.
