lovely woodland location really enjoyed the fires and the hot tub was lovely once warm. will probably be e heading back In the summer to see what the place has to offer in the warmer months, plenty of walks and very secluded
We spent 5 days here with our two teenage boys and our dog, totally amazing! Boys absolutely loved it and I know for sure our dog did not want to leave. We took lots of games, toy guns for the boys to play with in the forest and plenty of wine for us adults 🤪 There’s a small fridge and a gas stove/oven so I was able to make proper meals for my hungry lot. The hot tub takes a little while to get hot but if you keep it going it will stay hot for ages and a very lovely little luxury that we used plenty. It was such a relaxing treat to take time out with just us, no internet and I even managed to turn my phone off for most of our trip. Highly recommended this fabulous little escape from busy lives, we loved it and will one day return. 😍
If you need to have some time off grid then this is the place for you, we had a great time. My husband, myself and our little dog had a great time and have recommended it to all our friends and family. Just a note if you do go, take some wellies for the forest walks and some comfy chairs for outside as no hammock or cushioned chairs.
Great place to stay, good to go back to basics.
The space that you have all to yourselves is brilliant! We were very lucky to be there in the recent heat wave, as it is lovely & cool in the woods. The hot tub is amazing in that setting, as it feels like you’re in a different country entirely, looking out at the trees. The camp itself is very well equipped and comfortable, and can be enjoyed by families, or (like us!) just big kids! Book it, you won’t regret it!

I am a mother of three - Jessica, Jack and Ben and married to a farmer in Herefordshire. I have a small holiday business there which I really enjoy and even though I love coming to London for short times as it keeps my sanity, we hardly visit our beautiful London house. I have loved creating a 'home from home' family house in London which others can now enjoy. I enjoy exploring new places and staying in unique properties. I am not one for sitting down too long and I have horses and dogs and when my children permit I can spend hours with them. I believe that when you are travelling and spending money you want to feel special and valued, and I deeply dislike staying in modern, massive hotels - however smart!! If I was travelling to London with my family, I would much prefer to take a house like mine - this is why I have done it. Tell me what you think!
