My wife and I have been renting through Airbnb for over 10 years, something like 30-35 properties in Europe and US, and Marina was the most responsive host we've ever encountered: responses to questions within an hour, often minutes! We stayed 4 weeks, and were pleased with the apartment (the photos on line are accurate but do not convey the spaciousness -- e.g. the very high ceilings). It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The location is excellent, as other reviews have noted; anyone going here should check out the offerings at the Teatro Verdi, right across the street. The location: the Piazza dei Signori is 3 minutes away, the other main piazze in the centro storico just a few steps further. And yet the apartment was quiet. Finally, the other tenants in the building were friendly. It is worth noting that Marina's apartment is run by her and her family, not a corporation buying up flats. The personal touch was appreciated.
