This tiny house is exactly as described and as pictured. It IS worth restating that one of the bedrooms is outside and up a set of spiral stairs. It was no problem at all for my teenager and me (and actually gave us each our own space!) but if you were a family with small children or someone with mobility challenges it would make a difference. This tiny house is in a tiny house neighborhood with several others and they are relatively close together off a busy road. There is a good amount of road traffic but it was still very enjoyable to sit on the little top deck with a book and beverage. Beds & pillows were fairly firm and super comfortable - slept better than at home! There are not many restaurants nearby but Door Dash worked like a charm. Hosts are VERY responsive and accommodating. It was a perfect little hub for our 3 day stay in the area. Recommend!

The area needs signage on the busy road which is on a curve & the driveway is hard to locate. Our unit needed maintenance but to our surprise you had to go outside to get to the second bedroom up a SPIRAL staircase. They could have easily added on an interior staircase (so you are actually together in the same unit) or installed a regular staircase outside (taking suitcases upstairs & entering in the dark/rain is dangerous). The tv ROKU didn’t work and the TVs are hard to locate. One of the kitchen drawers would not stay closed & we kept falling over it. The window covers don’t cover the windows well so you have light from outside in your bed all night plus someone could look inside. I would not recommend this place especially for the price.
