这个价格在多伦多地区找到一个能有独立空间的房子真是可遇不可求，房子很干净，东西一并俱全，房东人很好沟通。是在多伦多住过性价比最高的房子了

Enjoyed my stay very much and felt comfortable and much at home. I was even offered an A/C when the outside temperatures peaked. The place was clean and had everything you could need, just as described and topped with coffee, water dispenser, shampoo, lotion etc. The WiFi worked very well and easily allowed me to work with a remote connection. Although located in a cute, safe and quiet neighborhood, the only thing I personally didn’t like was how far away it was from everything downtown. To get there by public transport you would have to take at least two buses/trains or bike 30+mins. This made it quite inconvenient for me - however the neighborhood itself is great when the distance is considered bearable. Lots of green parks and good cafes/restaurants are close by. Very narrow and steep stairway from entrance/bathroom to bedroom, barely broad enough to carry a suitcase up (when you’re alone, anyway). All in all highly recommend staying here, when aware of distance to downtown.

Perfect stay as a solo traveller. Close to public transport options, restaurants and groceries in walking distance if travelling without a car. The space is peaceful and just as described. Great hosts, would stay again and do recommend!
