It is clear that this owner was renovating his apartment and it is not finished. But it was Like a monastary, only plastic chairs, no where to sit and relax, no tv, no radio, not comfortable. The worst thing was the smell from the bathroom, which we could not identify but it smelled like sewer gas. It was present at all time and pervasive., really horrible. Yet the entire bathroom had been redone? The neighbourhood and neighbours were very noisy.

Die Wohnung profitiert auf jeden Fall von Ihrer günstigen Lage. Vieles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, man geht z.b. ca. 15 Minuten bis in die Altstadt. Auch sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (kleiner Supermarkt, Bäcker, Fleischer) ebenso Restaurants, Bars und den Bahnhof (Strecke Messina - Syrakus) erreicht man gut zu Fuß in 5 - 10 Minuten. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell auf der Autostrada in sämtliche Richtungen. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und wirkt frisch renoviert. Leider gibt es auch negatives. Der Wohnung fehlt ein wenig eine persönliche Note und wirkt leider etwas kalt und ungemütlich. Man möchte sich ja auch mal ausruhen und dann nicht nur auf dem Bett liegen. Auch die Internetverbindung ist nicht so gut (Da weiß ich aber nicht ob das vielleicht grundsätzlich so auf Sizilien ist.) Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ( 2-3- Nächte) ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen, für länger im Moment eher nicht.

Luca e Luigi sono due host impeccabili. Super disponibili con consigli per visitare la parte orientale della Sicilia, sempre disponibili anche per tutte le necessità della casa. L'appartamento molto pulito, stanze grandi e comode dotate con i condizionatori in ciascuna camera. Cucina attrezzata di tutto. Grazie ancora per l'ospitalità:) Consigliatissimo!
