I had a nice experience 😊 and Brownie was super cute and calm .. one of the best dog ever met in my life 😊😊😊 Room is exactly the same as shown in pictures. Thanks to Maid who helped us. There were many bad reviews I read before booking but I think they wanted a hotel 'No offense' . Location is great as it is close to Master Canteen and Mall. It felt like my home. I did had a great time. If I'll visit this city again I will book this place again without any hesitation.😊

No towels and duvet provided. I felt like it’s not very well maintained. I was getting late. I had a train and had to leave on time. I called the host and he picked up the phone and said he will get the towel in 5 minutes. 15-20 minutes passed by. I called multiple times. He finally picked up the phone and said ‘what’s the problem?’ I said I asked for a towel and I am getting late. He got it some minutes later but there was no apology. The towel, duvet and basic amenities should have been at the place by default. Why do I have to call and ask again and again?

The stay is terrible, not at all worth the price The basic amenities and facilities were missing (no tv, fridge not working properly, locks were missing, drinking water was unsafe to consume, no toiletries) The washroom was outside the room The dog is always without leash and roaming freely around, we were really terrified every time to enter and leave the premises. The main bell was connected to our room and it used to wake us at odd hours 2am, 1am , 4 am There was no way out of it The staff was very uncooperative
