Was very happy with the place. Very well updated. Gave recommendations on restaurants and things to do around the area. 3rd time staying here. Always happy with the house and the amazing view.

Awesome place, awesome hosts, awesome view of Lake Smith and the Park. Plenty of room for 2 boats and 4 trucks. House was very clean, very comfortable beds, couches and even TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Nice porch on back...covered. Dave was very quick to answer and showed us how to get to boat slip(dock) with golf cart. Very quiet road (no outlet) no traffic. Will definitely put this one on my list to rent again or his tiny house or his big camper trailer. If I could give more than 5 Stars...Dave & Pat would get them. Check out Heaven at Smith Lake. Also at Smith Lake Park there is a Zipline Adventure, putt putt golf. Just an all around awesome place.

What an amazing view! The home was spacious and very well stocked and organized. Loved watching all the boats coming and going from the launch and the park across the lake!
