Gene was so responsive and caring! Thank you for making sure it was quiet enough for me to sleep in the daytime (night shift nurse). The tiny home was so cool and comforting. Parking was sooooooo easy. Laundry was easy. Checking in was easy. Just a super easy spot. All the windows shut didn’t hear a thing outside. Wifi was great.

I always wanted to stay in a Tiny House and this 10 week experience was a treat in learning to live with what really matters. Gene is great- always proactive, always extremely helpful. The tiny house is exactly as described. Parking is easy to find on the street. I bought a bed cushion to soften the mattress, ( from previous reviews’ suggestions) as I felt that was a preference and not on Gene. The kitchen is minimal- works really well if you mostly eat out and use for reheating. The neighborhood is a beautiful community- and agree with other’s responses, that you can hear school bells, and neighbors, etc. Kids are up and playing by 7am on weekends, so factor in if you like sleeping in. ;-) Neighbors are amazing, kind, friendly and welcome you into neighborhood life. Location is 1.5 miles to Carlsbad beaches, not walkable for me but a very quick 7 min drive. Bring a bike if you have one! Shops, yoga, beach, Carlsbad Village shops, farmers markets- all within 7 min drive!

I had a wonderful stay in Carlsbad. The place was so close to the village and the beach. It’s a gorgeous neighborhood with plenty of places to walk. I would stay again 😊 Gene the host was very helpful and friendly, thanks for the great stay 😊

This was a great stay for me. Quiet spot, close and convenient parking, super easy to talk to and helpful owner. Place was plenty big for me. Cute spot. Designed and built well. Loved the sound of flowing water.

This was the perfect spot for me to stay in Carlsbad and explore the area! I stayed for a month and could have stayed longer. Gene was super responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. Wonderful experience!
