Cute place to stay not too far from the beach!

We booked Jeremy’s lovely home for 4 friends, two of which were celebrating very special birthdays, as it was well situated to Dunedin. We thoroughly enjoyed our daily excursions to nearby Honeymoon Island State Park, magnificent sunset viewings from the top of the historic Fenway Hotel and Dunedin’s marina wharf, and the many fantastic restaurants and shops in downtown Dunedin. After which we returned “home” to relax on the peaceful outside deck equipped with comfortable and plentiful patio furniture. All three bedrooms were beautifully decorated and had such comfortable beds! The gorgeous kitchen was well stocked with anything and everything to cook meals although we only had our breakfasts there. Jeremy was a fantastic host; quickly and courteously responding to any questions we may have had. His check in and out communications were clear and descriptive. We definitely look forward to staying there again in the future. Thank you Jeremy and Mia!

Quiet neighborhood with 3 queen beds and 2 baths with nice linens. There is a fully fenced back yard for pets, a screened porch and a shaded deck area. The house was very clean and had all we needed. There are two full sized sofa beds in the living room. There is a Publix supermarket and a Walmart nearby for supplies - less than a mile. The area is within driving distance to downtown Dunedin, Clearwater beach and Honeymoon Island, which were places we visited on this trip. The beaches are about 15 minutes away. The neighborhood is good for dog walking as well. We enjoyed our stay and the house was easy to access and as described. Thank you for sharing your property with us.
