The staff at this property are extremely helpful and nice people. They went out of their way to help me. I think you'll find this property offers what you'd expect for the price...no frills and a little rough around the edges. As much as I don't like leaving less than positive reviews, there is something that I must mention with the aim of helping fellow travelers. This property is very difficult to find, and absolutely no one, taxi drivers and even neighbors two streets over, know where it is. No one. Be prepared to learn the location yourself. It will be your responsibility to help taxi drivers find it. Look for landmarks to help guide you back. I marked the location on my phone, but then spent two hours driving around the area with a taxi driver, one evening when my phone died. He was furious by the time we arrived, and demanded more than twice what he had originally quoted me for the ride. Unfortunately, this also means that you can't use taxi hailing apps because the drivers can't find you. The few drivers who work with the property, and know where it is, charge exorbitant fares. Expect to pay and additional 800 to 1000 birr per day getting to and from the property. The property is listed on Google Maps, but it only gets you to the general area. Finding the place is much more involved than that. Again, I usually don't leave critical reviews, but these points must be taken into consideration. I know that the property is aware of this situation, and I'm sure they're working hard to rectify it.
