The price for this room was high, but considering the lack of accommodations in the area it was justified. The room was very comfortable and clean. The only issue we had was the shower water pressure was extremely low.

Beautiful location and very convenient for our visit to Guadalupe Mtns NP! It was very cold when we visited and the heater worked great. However, the kitchen did not come with any utensils or pots as stated in description (other than coffee maker, microwave, and fridge) so come prepared.

The room was much smaller that appeared, the hyda bed was not a full bed but appeared to be a love seat size, however the most unnerving thing was the toilet being in the living area only contained by a shower curtain that offers not privacy and the shower curtain didnt even cover the shower and toilet, only 1/2 a roll of toilet tissue and 2 towels when it was supposed to serve 3 guests, loose documents pinned to the wall blow and make noise when the AC is on
