We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sina’s place. It was clean, tranquil, and equipped with all the essentials. The availability of a washing machine was particularly convenient and useful. The neighborhood is exceptional, offering an abundance of great dining options, bars, supermarkets, and all within walking distance. Sina is an outstanding host, boasting years of experience and responding promptly to any inquiries. I will certainly choose Sina’s place for my future stays in Phnom Penh. Highly recommended for its excellent value.

Sina’s place was easy to get to and a nice, clean option at the heart of a bustling area of Phnom Penh. The neighborhood is very walkable with lots of restaurants, shops, and the Russian market only a few minutes away. The front desk staff were helpful and responsive. The apartment was clean and had a functioning washer and fridge which were both very helpful even for our short stay. This place is a good value for the money.

Amazing apartment, would definitely have stayed longer if we had more time. They were really helpful in holding our luggage for us because we arrive in the city very early. It was in a great location, easy to book a tuk-tuk, but also some great restaurants within walking distance.
