Excellent house. Brilliantly priced for the size of the house. Well stocked with kitchen utensils and facilities. Only issue is the street parking requires a permit and only one permit available but there is a free weekend car park about 2 minute walk away.

A group of us stayed for 2 nights for a 50th birthday. The accommodation was great, exactly as described. Chose it as it had a lovely social space for us to gather and be together with a second lounge that overlooked the views to the beach. Great communication from the team prior to and during the stay although I didn't feel I needed to contact them for anything. Would highly recommend.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay, this is a good property for families or groups looking for a cosy get together by the sea. We were just a little disappointed that the property hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before we checked-in, there was bits of food and crumbs throughout the property which looked like it hadn’t been swept/vacuumed, the kitchen was grubby and the oven/hob hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests departed, so we spent the first hour or so of our stay cleaning and tidying. Property is in a nice area, the promenade and sea front is great for walking with great views of Arran, and the town Centre is only a short walk from the property.

We travelled to Scotland with family for a wedding and stayed in this lovely house for two nights. The house was as described, nice and spacious, clean, had everything we needed and is a short walk to the beach. We requested a Highchair and travel cot for our son which were provided - thank you!

Amazing house with great views and lovely rooms. We received a confusing message about the back gate key asking where we had moved it but I was able to explain that we hadn’t moved/touched any other keys. Perfect location for visiting Ayr, walking distance to beach, town, river Doon.
