We had a great stay at Lee's place. The apartment was generally clean and was in a great location. Most of the attractions were walkable and there was a lot of good restaurants just on the street behind. The only minor downside is that it can be a bit noisy when sleeping in the sofa bed due to the circulation even late at night. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this place apart from that.

Appartement idéalement situé, bien équipé magnifique terrasse, idéal pour deux ou trois personnes. Tout est accessible à pied, le port, la plage, la promenade des anglais et le vieux Nice. Lee est une hôte très accueillante et sympathique et a été très flexible sur les horaires. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

We loved our stay at the apartment! The location is accessible by public transit and the balcony is wonderful.

Our check in and communication with Lee was fabulous; she gave some some excellent tips for exploring the area. The patios gave incredible views in all directions. The location of the flat is great; walkable to the old town and many amenities nearby. We were a bit sad the sauna wasn't working while we were there ; but it couldn't be helped, and we still had a wonderful experience.
