Enjoyed my stay and it’s very close to the Aldora dive shop I was using for diving. Cheto was very helpful during my stay and he dropped me off at the airport. The location is perfect for enjoying downtown Cozumel.

I usually don't write reviews, but in this case it would be a shame not to let others know what an incredible place this is! First, Cheto and Catherine were incredible and responsive hosts. They were attentive to our needs, prompt with help when needed, and went WAY BEYOND ANY AirBNB I have stayed at --which is many. Cheto was friendly, funny, kind, knowledgeable of the area, and had good recommendations of things to do. He even allowed me the use of his personal kitchen to cook fresh barracuda for dinner, and offered to drive me to the airport upon completion of my stay! Second, the facility was immaculately clean, cold beers waiting, and a clean comfortable bed. The upper patio was a wonderful place to have morning coffee and breakfast, and pool was an oasis at night to cool off in after a long day. Finally, the location could not have been easier for our stay. A safe area, short walk from everything, and street parking for our car. I am VERY SO HAPPY I chose to stay here!!!!

Catherine and Cheto exceeded our expectations for a great stay at their place, it was fantastic! The bed was super comfortable, the water was hot and the air conditioning cool! We really enjoyed the pool and the large sun deck was ideal to dry out our dive gear. The unit had a functional kitchen with a nice size refrigerator, hot plate and microwave. Fresh drinking water was supplied as well. Our room was spacious, nice and bright with a sitting area. Paid parking lot across the street was convenient and secure. The location was so perfect and our hosts were so friendly and helpful. We look forward to going back next year.

We had a fabulous vacation staying with Catherine and Cheto. They are so accommodating and always available for whatever you need. They made us feel right at home and welcomed us when we arrived and hugged us goodbye at check out. They have a lovely pool and very well kept grounds and the room is very clean. Perfect for a couple that is scuba diving (which is what we did) or wants to explore the authentic parts of the island as it is right downtown and close to the water and all the restaurants. It’s a nice place, don’t hesitate to stay here. Catherine and Cheto were the best hosts we’ve had from AirBnB.

Es un lindo lugar asi como esta en las fotos así es, todo esta impecable, la alberca excelnete, y en muy buena zona, todo centrico, y facil de llegar caminando a los lugares o restaurantes, la atencion de Cheto de lo mejor, una excelnete persona muy agradecidas con el por todo, la pasamos de lo mejor, sin duda queremos regresar en un futuro.
