Отличная приятная квартира на 4 этаже, огромная терраса с BBQ. Всё очень чисто и рационально. Хорошие кровати, два туалета с душем. Очень приветливые хозяева и управляющая. Из маленьких минусов: в дальней спальне не работает WiFi. И очень не хватало стиральной машины в квартире.

Wonderful location! Very spacious and clean, wonderful wiew, good facilities. Small restaurants and supermarket very close. More than we expected. Thank you for this unforgetable stay.

We are a family of 5 adults (2 parents, 3 adult children) from Los Angeles traveling through Europe for 8 months. This is our 14th stay and about 75 days in. COMMUNICATION: Maja was great at communicating quickly and effectively. She was clear in her responses and gave perfect details and information. She was quick to respond when we had questions/issues and the on-site staff is fantastic. UNIT: The unit itself is excellently appointed with very nice finishes and amenities. It is well thought out and looks like new. It was very hot and humid during out stay but the air conditioner did a fantastic job keeping us comfortable. The unit had enough linens and towels for our needs. There is a patio right outside the living room and while available to other guests we never saw anyone there but us. The unit is large and suited our 5 adults very nicely. The beds were comfortable yet the sheets were a little small. We cooked a few meals and had everything we needed. All in all great amenities. LOCATION: The location is convenient, and if you want to get a feeling for living like a local, then this place is right for you. There are restaurants and small beach clubs along the coast and you can walk for a mile left of the exit and it will all be about the same - restaurants, shops and beach clubs. Mostly Eastern European tourists, however everyone spoke enough English to get along. About 400 m (8 minute walk) to the right of exiting the building, is Portonovi, a Billion dollar marina/residential development that is gorgeous. They also have a very nice Idea market that is a step above the one in front of the unit. There are many restaurant options there with different price ranges. We enjoyed exploring those and really liked the Kaffeine for breakfast/coffee. The guys there speak perfect English and were very nice. There is a beach club there that is fantastic, just make sure to make reservations early at least two days ahead of time (RockFish). Don't walk to far along the residential area because that is restricted and security will ask you nicely to leave. It really is very beautiful. Denovici is a nice staging point to go to the Blue Cave and we enjoyed swimming out there. We enjoyed our stay in Maja's place and the amenities are as described. Very nice penthouse unit!

Lovely place, had everything I needed for my 10-day visit. The view is stunning, brings peace and inspiration to your day. The AC was a total life saver, the windows had a great automatic shades feature on the outside. Though no one entered the terrace besides me while I was there, it was accessible to all guests in the building. The host is not there 24/7 but when she is, she checks in on you. One of the bedroom doors had a broken lock. The back room had a bad wi-fi signal (it was great through the rest of the apartment). The locals at the little bar across the street can get very loud at night. Would definitely stay there again! Great value and experience!
