高性价比，出门200米就到天龙寺岚山竹林小径！房东很热心接待，提醒我们后面的行程有台风，非常友善。

就在嵯峨岚山站附近，位置十分便利，房东介绍非常详细，有一台游戏机，度过了难忘的一夜，唯一的遗憾就是岚山的樱花没有开，没有赶上樱花盛开的时候。

I had a room on the ground floor in a two-story private house (Kenji the host lives in the neighboring house). Based on my time of arrival Kenji flexibly adjusted his availability and met me at the location. He used the opportunity to give me recommendations in the area and the city. The location is perfect for seeing Aroshiyama early morning which is crucial if you want to avoid masses of people. The room (in traditional Japanese style) was very spacious and comfortable. The amenities were as described (unlimited clean towels was a great plus). In general very satisfied, thanks a lot!

First time renting a room off airbnb and I was super pleased with my room, it was a traditional stay, very clean, and was able to not only meet other guests but also get to talk with Kenji! Kenji was super helpful and friendly, he even took the time to give me recommendations to not only restaurants but temples and shrines too and helped me navigate my itinerary. Will most definitely be coming back to stay here and I highly recommend staying here!

We could not recommend Kenji's place more highly! Perfect location and easy to find. Kenji arrived to show us the place, and gave us some great recommendations. The tourist street is fun to walk, but we actually prefered wandering all the backstreets. Kenji is friendly and kind and we'd love to stay with him again.
