It was the best place for the guest I've ever been to. Jean extremely helpful and friendly. The place is in a quiet area but very close to the town. Accommodation wonderfully organized and immaculately clean. All amenities as described. I will definitely return there.

What a gorgeous place to relax and unwind! We have found a little oasis and we will definitely be returning. The studio was very clean and Jean and Rick are so friendly and welcoming. They’ve thought of everything and more! We will be returning soon.

Ive stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years and Jeans is one of the best ive stayed in. Spotless clean with everything you need high quality modern furnishings with a perfect view from the garden. Jean is a friendly and chatty person and was very quick to respond to messages and left clear instructions for a easy check in. Will definitely stay here again great value for money.

Had a fantastic couple of nights at The Studio. Jean was a perfect host and such a warm welcome. Everything was 5 stars. The Studio is so well equipped and an outstanding standard. Bed was super comfy. The views are great and so very peaceful too. Thank you Jean for accommodating our dietary needs for the continental breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Lots of tips and suggestions for visiting the local area which were very useful. A great base for exploring both the Moors and coast. First time in Yorkshire and can’t wait to go back.
