Luna was very communicative, quick to respond, and friendly. I especially appreciated the communication around getting inside the building, etc, very hassle free. There are several restaurants within walking distance and the overall neighborhood vibe is calm. The bedroom was spacious and the mattress was fairly comfortable. I wish the sheets weren't polyester and the place had a thick smell of fabreeze/ cleaning products. The "coffee bar" area also has a fridge and a microwave, but no sink or access to water. On a different floor than the coffee bar there's a bathroom sink that has a Brita attachment which is the only source of drinking water. The sink isn't big enough to be able to fill up a small water bottle.
