I can highly recommend this gorgeous property.It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for our stay.We were welcomed with a basket of Welsh goodies which was a lovely touch.Carol was the perfect host who was just at the end of the phone if there was a problem.We would definately stay here again.

This is a lovely house at the end of a cul-de-sac in what was a quiet neighbourhood. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. Great place to relax or use as a base for day trips. Some breakfast things to get us started were very appreciated along with a few other goodies too. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything that we needed, and there were board and garden games to keep us occupied. A large Tesco and Aldi are less than 5 minutes away by car so no problem getting supplies. There's also a McDonalds and KFC near to the supermarkets if you are coming in from the beach with hungry kids who can't wait! We had particular needs and Carol went out of her way to communicate to us how she had prepared the house in this covid-era that put our minds at rest. All in all we had a lovely time and grateful for Carol's excellent hospitality.

Carol's house is immaculate, you walk in and it just feels lovely. It has everything that you need for a trip. There was lovely breakfast food available, with fresh bread milk eggs and butter, There was a cupboard full of useful bits such as oil, so we really didn't need to buy anything unnecessarily. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer and so it was easy to feel that this was a home from home. There are lots of towels both in the kitchen and in each of the bedrooms. There is normally wifi - it happened to be down on our trip but that was down in the whole street it wasn't Carol's fault. I got decent EE signal and so I could just use the data on my phone. There is lots of local tourist information stored in the kitchen. Another bonus was a great selection of board games; if you are travelling with kids, I would say that there is a small playground about five minutes away from the house. The location is very quiet, its right at the end of a quiet street. Mornington Meadows is not very exciting, but it is walkable into the centre of town which has more going on. If you don't want to walk you can go park in town by the Morrisons Car Park for free for 3 hours.

We stayed here for a work trip - communication was great, with Carol getting in contact to confirm the arrival and departure details. The house was lovely - very clean and good amenities, I wish we would have had better weather to enjoy the garden!
