This little spot is amazing! First, the surrounding area is stunning. Nettles Island is such a unique setting with access to a private beach, pools, and tons of other activities (pickleball, mini golf, etc.) right on site. Easy to walk or run through the island with stunning surrounding views of the water. We came with my husband and small kids, and while the bungalow isn’t huge, there was room for us to spread out. It’s super well stocked with the basics, tons of blankets, towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and more! The full size washer and dryer was also super nice. Definitely rent the golf cart! It was essential for getting around and made the week so much more fun. Parking is limited at the beach and pools so having the golf cart helped a lot. The host was also SUPER responsive and took a ton of pride in their place. We would DEFINITELY rent here again without question. It isn’t brand new but very clean and has had some nice updating done. AC worked great too!

Excellent place to stay at. I love the use of the golf cart! My grandbabies visited one day and enjoyed the putt putt golf course! People are very friendly. There was excellent communication prior to and during check-in procedure. That went off without a hitch. Even though the furnishings are a bit dated, it has that New England cottage G, beachy feel to it! Beds are comfortable, more than what I expected in the kitchen as far as cookware and utensils. I think anyone should stay here, and I would be happy to come back again!

Nettles Island is a beautiful beachside community filled with amenities. The location of this home is so nice close to the marina, across the street from the shops and restaurant on the island, and a nice short distance walk to the beach. Beautifully updated, comfortable, with everything needed to cook meals and do laundry! Quick response time when checking in, lots of info provided on the area, and community procedure. So nice I opted to stay another week!
