This house is as bare bones and simple as it gets. While the location is great for visiting LBI and Manahawkin, the accommodations are outdated, uncomfortable, and insufficient. For example, a Keurig machine without pods, mixed bag of hotel shampoo and conditioner (no body wash), thin towels, and an ancient pull out couch. I would only recommend this airbnb for four adults bc there are only two bedrooms and the pull couch is very old plus there is barely enough sheets and bedding to cover the pull out and blow up. Only exactly 6 bath towels and nothing more. Given the vast list of rules and bare minimum amenities, this airbnb felt unwelcoming. Finally, the check out instructions all but require you to start cleaning the floors before you leave. Why do I have to pay a $300 cleaning fee if I’m doing the dishes, stripping the beds, and taking out the trash? Will prioritize a hotel or friendlier accommodation next time.

I stayed here with my mom and sister for a relaxing girls weekend, and we really enjoyed our stay! The space is a convenient 10 minute drive from LBI, and located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We loved the backyard space. Jaime was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend staying here to be close to LBI in a peaceful neighborhood.

Jamie was extremely accommodating. The house was absolutely beautiful! You really can’t beat the location. It’s a nice quiet area with easy accessibility to LBI.

Our stay at Jamie’s place was great. Jaime was very clear in the description of the house rules and was very responsive with any questions we had. Additionally, we brought our boat to the house for the stay and Jaime was more than willing to let us tie up to the bulkhead pilings. Great price, great location, and would come back.
