Great little casita! Perfect for our weekend getaway and close to Sequoia. We enjoyed our stay so much we almost didn’t wanna go anywhere else. Clean, easy to find, and very comfortable to be at with lots of space outside to enjoy the river view.

This was a great place to stay while we visited Sequoia National Park. Our only issue was that the outdoor area is way, way more shared than what we were expecting. While you do have your own **semi** private cabana, the outdoor/patio area has one grill that is to be shared between multiple units. This would have been fine, if we would have known that from the start. However, we were under the impression that the cabana/patio was completely private. It was a bit awkward trying to enjoy a private evening on our patio with another guest grilling 10 feet away from us. Other than that, it had everything we needed for a 2 night stay.

We really loved the place, the proximity to Sequoia, and (of course) the froyo! The place is small, but not overly small; just be prepared to spend a lot of quality time very close to your parter/loved one. Parking got a little tricky over the weekend when patrons of nearby restaurants moved the cones that were meant to save our spots. It all worked out for us, but it was a bit stressful to worry about. The only hesitation I would have about going back during peak season (because the place is fantastic!) is the outdoor area by the water doesn't afford a ton of privacy. Since the area by the lake is the best part of the rental, we always wanted to be outside by the water and in the hammock. But when all three casitas were occupied, one couldn't enjoy the outdoor amenities all by oneself, as it were. I'm more of a private person, so that's just me! Also, just to be clear, this place is fantastic and you should go stay there if you want to be in nature and close to Sequoia.
