I had couple of days stay at Joe’s place and my experience was really good. Joe is so considerate when it comes to communication. The place is decent spacious with 2 comfy beds. Kitchen is equipped with decent amenities. Neighbourhood is calm and quiet with shops around 2-3 minutes drive. Thanks to Joe for being my host!

Great location on the fringe of Peterborough. Exactly as listed and Joe was always available and responsive to any questions asked. Certainly recommend Joe's place

I was in town for work and Joe's place was perfect. It was comfortable and relaxing and I felt right at home. It was right near all the store and amenities but was very quiet and serene. He was always quick to respond and was very kind and flexible to my needs. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a place in Peterborough!

joe was such a great host. very responsive and helpful and offers a lot for the guests staying in his house :) would love to stay here again next time in the area
