This is our second stay at Max’s condo- the location is great and very comfortable and you cannot beat the deck views of the beach and sunrise. Our kids love the kiddie pool and splash pad in the neighborhood and the club grill makes great drinks and food as well. We will be back again!

×we vacationed at the Max's condo last week in Palm Coast FL. The place was very clean and spacious. The 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths gave us enough space to feel very comfortable during our stay. The porch has a spectacular view of the ocean with awesome sunrise each morning. The beach is great for morning and evening walks, all though I don't recommend spending your beach days there due it being very rocky. We drove to Crescent Beach and Flagler Beach and enjoyed our beach days. You will not be disappointed staying at Max's condo.

This condo is beautiful! It was huge!! & as others stated the pictures don’t do it justice it’s beautiful! First the balcony is much larger than it looks in the photos . There is the large table and a huge L shape sofa and it still has room to spare. Check in is extremely easy, there are so many places near by and a few restaurants that are gluten free and vegan (I have a lot of food allergies so it’s nice to find places like this so I can eat out) It was super close to St Augustine we drove there a few times throughout the week. Even saw a rocket launch from the condo.The neighborhood was extremely nice and quiet, we felt super safe there.They do have rocks by the beach as said in a few reviews but that didn’t stop us from going to the beach. My son loved to go at low tide & climb the rocks and look for beautiful shells & animals in the rocks. They also have a great pool right near the condo that also has a restaurant you can order food and drinks from (it also has gluten free buns)

The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed including items to take to the beach such as chairs, body boards, and beach umbrella. There was a few lights that didn’t work but no big deal ( probably needed some bulbs). Loved that there was a laundry room close to the large entry way for tossing things straight in the washer instead of dragging sand through the whole house. The view is spectacular from the balcony which offers a dining area and sitting area with ample space for several people. There are large rocks on the beach when the tide is out and probably not good for families with kids but just a short distance down the beach there are no rocks. We didn’t mind the rocks as we saw it as an opportunity to explore for shells and sea creatures hiding under and around the rocks. Being a gated community we felt secure walking at night and the area is clean and well maintained.

We had the best time!!! Perfect for our family and it was just an absolute stunning place to stay. Max is wonderful and we had zero issues throughout our whole stay. Will definitely come again!
