Strangely you dont get the exact address when you pay, only much closer to the time of the booking. Thats not ideal when you have no idea of views, what the building looks like etc. The unit was as described in a fantastic location looking right at the beach. The property Manager Mick came over promptly when I thought the coffee machine was on the blink but it was me using the wrong size coffee pods (buy the larger Aldi size). Helpful friendly guy. The beds are super comfy. I stayed with one friend in the other room but if there was more than 2 people you'd have nowhere to sit as the lounge is a 2 seater. My only real complaint is that although a bit of sugar and some coffee pods were there, there wasn't even a sponge to clean up a spill, a tiny bit of kitchen paper or spray, dishwashing liquid, salt and pepper. I bought all these things for less than $10 at supermarket and it would last 4 rentals so perhaps provide just a little bit of the cheapest stuff to start people off.

Great little place across the road from the beach. Had everything we needed and was perfect for two adults and two children.

Such a great place, right opposite the beach and Maroochy Surf Club! Would recommend!
