Home also includes a private back yard that features a tiki bar, grill, and fire pit. Be sure to take advantage of community amenities such as tennis courts, a pool, and Jacuzzi.

Very nice stay, place was clean and well appointed. Firewood was provided for the fireplace, there were tennis rackets to use, games, and some a fully equipped kitchen.
Great spot to watch the waves from your balcony & bed. Home looks just like the pictures, and felt even cozier with the fireplace going. Community pool was a great perk. We didn’t use the tennis/pickleball/basketball court but the community members had pickleball games going every afternoon.
Place was awesome! It actually exceeds the photos and is even better in person. The backyard with the Firepit is an awesome touch!
This place is beautiful with gorgeous sweeping views of the surf and coastline. It was exactly as described with very comfortable seating, amazing views, clean bathrooms and kitchen, and great access to beach. Thank you for an awesome family surf trip!

The Las Gaviotas community is both private and gated. It requires that all guests be cleared with security via a list of quests admitted by the host prior to their arrival for each Airbnb reservation. Therefore, there are strict regulations as to the number of guests and confirming their identity prior to admittance to the community. Please be respectful of the community rules and property so that Las Gaviotas can maintain it's reputation for being clean, beautiful, and serene.
